UNNES Physics Professor Examines TA Exams for UNY Undergraduate Physics Study Program Students

Thursday, December 21 2023, two students from the Undergraduate Physics Study Program, FMIPA, Yogyakarta State University (UNY) defended their thesis in front of the Examining Lecturer online via Zoom Meeting. The two students are named Shilma Tria Sukmanti (NIM 20306141046) and Ghaitsa Najma Zahira Shofa (NIM 20306144006). They have carried out research to fulfill their final assignment (thesis) under the guidance of Wipsar Sunu Brams Dwandaru, S.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D.

The title of the thesis being tested is:
1. Synthesis and Characterization of Carbon Nanodots Based on Coffee Grounds Combined with Zinc (ZnO) as an Application of Methylene Blue (Shilma) Photocatalyst
2. Synthesis and Characterization of Carbon Nanodots Based on Orange Peel Waste Combined with Iron (II) Oxide as an Application of Methylene Blue (Ghaitsa) Photocatalyst.

This final assignment (thesis) exam was tested by Dr. Supardi, M.Sc. (Lecturer at UNY Undergraduate Physics Study Program) and Prof. Dr. Masturi (Lecturer in UNNES Undergraduate Physics Study Program).

This collaboration between UNY and UNNES Physics Lecturers is one form of actualization of collaboration carried out by the UNY Undergraduate Physics Study Program at the partner campus. It is hoped that this activity can be a form of sustainable friendship so that UNY and UNNES Undergraduate Physics Study Program Lecturers can progress and develop together.
