SLL (Laboratory and Field Studies) Physics 2024 is an annual activity which aims to introduce campus life to new students and accommodate the interests of new students in the Department of Physics Education through an introduction to the elements in the Department of Physics Education. SLL Physics 2024 upholds the theme "Voyage of Wonder: Discovering the Magic of Physics in Our World". This SLL activity has three series of events, namely Day 1, Day 2, and Day 3. Day 1 SLL Physics activities will be held on August 18 2024 at the UNY FMIPA Seminar Room. In this activity, new students were introduced to campus life in the Department of Physics Education where there were several resource persons as speakers on MBKM curriculum material which was shared with Denny Darmawan, M.Si., talk show with Dr. Pujianto, M.Pd., and explanation of SOPs in the Laboratory with Rita Prasetyowati, M.Sc.

Day 2 and Day 3 were held on 7 - 8 September 2024 at Dolan Ndeso, Kalibawang, Kulonprogo where the activities took the form of equipment design presentations, class sessions, art performances, gymnastics and outbound activities. With this SLL Physics 2024 activity, it is hoped that new students from the Department of Physics Education will be able to gain provisions for living on campus in the future.
