The Bachelor of Science in Physics, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta, has officially been granted international accreditation by ASIIN for the period 23 September 2024 to 30 September 2030. This achievement marks global recognition of the quality of the curriculum, learning process, and graduate competencies of the Physics Study Program at UNY.

Program Studi Fisika (S1) Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta, resmi memperoleh Akreditasi Internasional ASIIN untuk periode 23 September 2024 hingga 30 September 2030. Pencapaian ini menandai pengakuan global terhadap kualitas kurikulum, proses pembelajaran, serta kompetensi lulusan Program Studi Fisika UNY.

Students from the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Yogyakarta State University (YSU) conducted innovative research in the field of dental health by utilizing tiger snail shell waste as the base material for making nano-hydroxyapatite (n-HAp) gel. The research team consisted of Eliana Diah Puspita Arum, Lutfi Puspita Meliasari, Ratri Yulina Setiati, Melisa Sekarlina Putri Dayani, and Rizky Amin Saputro under guidance of Dr. Mona Sari, M.Sc

Mahasiswa FMIPA UNY melakukan riset inovatif dalam bidang kesehatan gigi dengan memanfaatkan limbah cangkang keong macan sebagai bahan dasar pembuatan gel nano-hidroksiapatit (n-HAp). Tim peneliti terdiri dari Eliana Diah Puspita Arum, Lutfi Puspita Meliasari, Ratri Yulina Setiati, Melisa Sekarlina Putri Dayani, dan Rizky Amin Saputro dibawah pendampingan oleh Ibu Dr. Mona Sari, M.Sc.

Yogyakarta – Students from the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA), Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY), have once again demonstrated their commitment to sustainable innovation in science and technology. Through the Student Creativity Program in Exact Research (PKM-RE), the team successfully developed an eco-friendly nano-fertilizer derived from carbon-based waste, synthesized into carbon dots (CDs) and composited with silicon dioxide (SiO₂) and calcium oxide (CaO).

Yogyakarta – Mahasiswa Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (FMIPA) Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY) kembali menunjukkan komitmennya dalam menciptakan inovasi berkelanjutan di bidang sains dan teknologi. Melalui Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa bidang Riset Eksakta (PKM-RE), tim mahasiswa berhasil mengembangkan nano-fertilizer berbasis limbah karbon yang diolah menjadi carbon dots (CDs) dan dikompositkan dengan silikon dioksida (SiO₂) serta kalsium oksida (CaO).

UNY Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences students, members of the Student Creativity Program – Exact Research (PKM-RE) Team, have developed an environmentally friendly sensor to detect the heavy metal lead (Pb²⁺) in water. This sensor is based on Cu₂O/TiO₂ Nanotube Arrays (Cu₂O/TNA), synthesized through electrodeposition using a green synthesis approach.

Mahasiswa FMIPA UNY yang tergabung dalam Tim Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa – Riset Eksakta (PKM-RE) mengembangkan sensor ramah lingkungan untuk mendeteksi logam berat timbal (Pb²⁺) dalam air. Sensor ini berbasis Cu₂O/TiO₂ Nanotube Arrays (Cu₂O/TNA) yang disintesis melalui metode elektrodeposisi dengan pendekatan green synthesis.
