PPM Lecturer Activities for Yogyakarta Special Region Vocational School Teachers

One of the obligations of lecturers in the Tridharma of Higher Education is to carry out PPM in order to disseminate science and technology to the wider community. As has been implemented by several Physics Study Program lecturers including, Dr. Supardi, Prof. Heru Kuswanto, Nur Kadariswa, M.Si, Agus Purwanto, M.Sc, Sumarna, M.Eng, Pinaka Elka Swastika, M.Sc and assisted by several students held Arduino microcontroller training for vocational school teachers in Yogyakarta on 14 September 2021 via zoom meetings.

FMIPA UNY Physics Study Program Holds Practitioners Entering Campus

Practitioners Entering Campus is a new activity that brings practitioners from outside campus to teach students. This activity is divided into two categories, namely the Physics Study Program which starts from December 3 2021 to December 13 2021. The event is held online via Zoom Meeting for several teaching sessions with each session lasting 2 hours.

Increasing Capacity in Partnership with Communities (PKKM) Jurdik Physics UN

In order to support IKU and improve the implementation of Tridharma PT, the Physics Department of FMIPA UNY carries out community partnership capacity building activities (PKKM) involving all study programs at FMIPA with communities in the DI Yogyakarta area.

Drawing and Coloring Learning Process as Motor Stimulation for Students by UNY Students in the Context of Campus Teaching Activities

Athi' Nur Auliati Rahmah, an FMIPA UNY student, is one of the Teaching Students of the Class I Teaching Campus program. The Teaching Campus is one of the Independent Campus programs organized by the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture to assist learning in elementary schools (SD) with maximum C accreditation in remote areas of Indonesia. Athi', who comes from Madura, is placed at SDN Guluk-Guluk II, Kec. Guluk-Guluk, Kab. Sumenep, Madura, East Java. He served in his remote village for approximately three months.

Visiting Professor Physics Study Program

The Physics Study Program holds a visiting professor by inviting Prof. Dr. Suriani bint Abu Bakar from Sultan Idris Education University, UPSI Malaysia. This activity was carried out online on 10 November 2020 - 10 December 2020, consisting of eight meetings. The first seven meetings were attended by students from semesters 3, 5, and 7. The topics discussed in the visiting professor included research collaboration and materials-based research.
