Sharing and Discussion Opportunities for Cooperation Between Department Of Physics Education, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY) and Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM)

The Department of Physics Education, UNY, carried out Sharing and Discussion of Collaboration Opportunities with Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) on Tuesday, March 5 2024. Meanwhile, Dr Noorzana binti Khamis represented the School of Education, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, UTM. The event began with the opening, followed by the signing of the IA regarding the research collaboration between the Department of Physics Education, FMIPA UNY through the Dean of FMIPA UNY (Prof. Dr. Dadan Rosana, M.Si) and UTM, Malaysia (Dr. Noorzana Binti Khamis).

FAREWELL TO STUDENTS OF THE STUDENT EXCHANGE PROGRAM (PMM) FROM THE PHYSICS UNDERGRADUATE STUDY PROGRAM OF THE KALIMANTAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (ITK)

Five students from the Physics Undergraduate Study Program at the Kalimantan Institute of Technology (ITK) have completed the Student Exchange Program (PMM) in the Physics Undergraduate Study Program, Department of Physics Education, FMIPA, UNY. This program lasts for 1 semester, starting in August 2023 and ending in December 2023.

The five students include Muhammad Rizal Fajar (NIM 01211002), Rahmatia Khumaera (NIM 01211003), Nabbila Salsa Ramadhani (NIM 01221010), Tiara Riski Atmayanti (NIM 01221001), and Grahtia Derlius Patampang (NIM 01221002).

UNNES Physics Professor Examines TA Exams for UNY Undergraduate Physics Study Program Students

Thursday, December 21 2023, two students from the Undergraduate Physics Study Program, FMIPA, Yogyakarta State University (UNY) defended their thesis in front of the Examining Lecturer online via Zoom Meeting. The two students are named Shilma Tria Sukmanti (NIM 20306141046) and Ghaitsa Najma Zahira Shofa (NIM 20306144006). They have carried out research to fulfill their final assignment (thesis) under the guidance of Wipsar Sunu Brams Dwandaru, S.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D.

On November 30, 2023, an important meeting was held at Bumbu Desa Restaurant between delegates from Yala Rajabhat University, led by Assist. Prof. Dr. Roseleena Anantanukulwong, and a team from the Physics Education Department, FMIPA UNY. This meeting was attended by the Head of the Physics Education Department, Prof. Heru Kuswanto, Physics Study Program coordinator, Dr. Supardi, coordinator of the Physics Education Study Program, Dr. Kuncoro, Secretary of the Department of Physics Education Dr. Rida SN Mahmudah, and Chair of the FMIPA Collaboration Unit, Isti Yunita S.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D.

Visit of the Nuclear Energy Supervisory Agency (Bapeten) to the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA), Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY)

The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA), Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY), received a visit from the Nuclear Energy Supervisory Agency (Bapeten) on Friday, November 3, 2023. The event began with a presentation by Bapeten regarding opportunities for utilizing facilities at Bapeten and increasing research collaboration between FMIPA UNY and Bapeten. Several lecturers from the Department of Physics Education also attended the event, especially lecturers who are members of the Nuclear Physics Research Group, including Dr. Eng. Rida Siti Nur'aini Mahmudah, M.Si., Dr.
