RKI 2026 FGD and Biomaterials Public Lecture at Universitas Sriwijaya

Alhamdulillah, on July 16–17, 2026, Dr. Mona Sari, S.Pd., M.Sc., a lecturer in the Undergraduate Physics Study Program, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY), as well as the Head of the UNY Biomaterials Research Group (RG) 2026, had the opportunity to fulfill her role as Partner 1 representing Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY) in the 2026 Indonesia Collaborative Research Grant (RKI), with Universitas Sriwijaya as the host institution and Universitas Nurul Huda as the collaborating partner.

The series of activities began with the RKI 2026 Focus Group Discussion (FGD), which discussed strengthening research collaboration under the theme:

"A Machine Learning-Based Forecasting System for Early Diagnosis and Health Monitoring of Livestock in Precision Livestock Farming."

On the same occasion, Dr. Mona Sari was also honored to serve as a speaker at a Public Lecture held by the Physics Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Sriwijaya, with the theme:

"From Biogenic Resources to Advanced Biomaterial Products: The Role of Physics in Sustainable Biomaterial Engineering for Healthcare Technology."

Through these activities, it is hoped that stronger synergies will be established among researchers and higher education institutions in developing innovative and competitive collaborative research that makes meaningful contributions to the advancement of science and technology, as well as to the progress of Indonesian society.
